Lots of new features.
New spells available - at the moment you'll get one every level for the first three levels so that you can experiment with them all.
You will get a choice between two unique options and they should not repeat spells you have already learned.
There is now a cancel button if you don't want to cast the spell.
When you do cast the spell it will show a cool down number on the left by the button.
There is now a lock on the store that will stop the page from refreshing once when you go into battle.
Bugs now gain XP, and the first time they get XP for surviving combat they will get bonus HP. Eventually this will do different things maybe
XP is not shown anywhere on the UI right now except for the yellow circle in the prep phase denoting they have survived at least once.
--Bug AI has been changed so that there is a chance they will try to retreat a little bit after taking damage. The more damage they take the more likely they are to run away.
--The battlefield has a boundary on it now so that they can't run away too far because while that was hilarious it also made battles take a long time and you have no idea what was going on.
A few adjustments to spells and abilities. The grasshopper now gains a speed and damage boost for a few seconds instead of teleporting but the next attack that lands will stun the target.
Rally for the ladybug has been buffed noticeably.
I think we are getting close to being feature complete - I have a few more bug types and battle scene background changes planned.
Then I build a menu, options, main screen, and start adding more sound effects.
